Cory Giles

I'm a bioinformatician, programmer, and aging researcher at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. My primary research interest is analyzing and combining large-scale datasets to unravel the mechanisms of aging and age-associated disease.

Collaboration and consulting

I am always open to collaboration for projects relevant to aging. Please contact me.

I also do occasional paid consulting on programming-related projects, web application development, and bioinformatics. For example, I wrote a program to automatically generate customized summer training manuals for Oklahoma City Thunder players which has been used for the last three years. I am quite busy, so I usually only take projects that are interesting. Still, please contact me with any proposals.
